About Riham
From the pharmacy counter to the kitchen table.
A pharmacist who fell in love with the kind of healing that does not come in a bottle.

Riham Nasereldin
B.Pharm · INN-NY · Diabetes Educator
I trained as a pharmacist at An-Najah National University in Palestine, graduated with honours, and spent the first decade of my career in Canadian pharmacies — Costco, Walmart, Shoppers Drug Mart — counting pills and counselling patients on side effects.
But the same women kept coming back. Different prescriptions. Same exhausted eyes. The medication was working on paper, but they were not getting better.
So I went back to school. Twice. First to the Michener Institute in Toronto for diabetes education, then to the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York. I learned that thyroid imbalance is rarely just a thyroid problem. It is a story of gut, hormones, stress, sleep, and the food we put in our bodies.
Today I work from Doha. My clients are Arab women, expats, mothers, executives — women who are tired of being told their numbers are "fine" while they feel anything but. We rebuild from the gut up. With science. With patience. With food that actually exists in your kitchen.

How I work
Science-grounded
Every recommendation is rooted in pharmacology and peer-reviewed nutrition research. I read the studies so you do not have to.
Culturally honest
I work in Arabic and English. I get the family table, the social calendar, Ramadan, and the realities of life in the Gulf.
Educational at heart
You leave knowing why your body does what it does. Healing without understanding is just another prescription.
